Aims
The PE Curriculum aims at:
- enhancing the health condition of students so they have all-round development and explore their own potential
- facilitating students to develop a positive, active and healthy lifestyle
- enhancing students’ skills in observation and judgment, adaptation and creativity
- nurturing students to have proper morality, and positive sportsmanship
- developing students’ responsibility within a team and enhance self-management skills
- developing students’ self-learning ability with a good attitude

Overview
We target :
- three types of controls:
(1) physical controls (2) equipment controls and (3) rhythmic controls
- incorporating athletic activities, ball games, dancing and gymnastics into the lessons
- extending students potential by electing them to participate in skipping, dodgeball, martial art, floor curling and dragon dance classes
