Aims
The Mathematics Curriculum aims at:
- stimulating the interest in the learning of mathematics
- developing pupils’ number sense and spatial sense
- developing understanding and acquisition of mathematical skills and computational thinking
- developing pupils’ creativity and ability to think and solve problems
- enhancing pupils’ lifelong learning abilities through basic mathematical knowledge

Overview
We have:
- ELPS Approach: build up pupils’ mathematical concept through experience, language, picture, symbols and utilizes hands on teaching aids during lessons to help students understand abstract concepts
- Assessment: results are analyzed to review students’ performance in order to adjust and provide the best teaching quality
- STEM Education: co-organize STEM events and activities with General Studies and Computer Studies
- E-Learning: used in lessons through teaching videos, online Maths games, online interactive platforms and quizzes
- Olympiad Maths: organized to encourage students to experience and participate in local and overseas competitions
